§ 72.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any person receiving a citation for any parking violation in the city shall be deemed to have committed a violation and shall be fined in an amount not less than $20 nor more than $100. (KRS 189.990(1))

   (B)   Except as provided in § 72.53, any person receiving a citation for any parking violation in the city for which another penalty has not been provided shall be fined in an amount not less than $20 nor more than $100.

   (C)   Unless another penalty is expressly provided by the state statutes, every person convicted of a violation of § 72.50 and § 72.51 shall be punished by a fine of not less than $25 nor more than $500. (Ord. 004, passed 9-7-93)
