(A) Any person conducting, engaging in, or participating in a roadblock in the city shall be fined not less than $100 nor more than $500 for each occurrence. Each day shall constitute an occurrence.
(B) Any person who violates any other provision of this traffic code where no other penalty is specifically provided shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not less than $20 nor more than $500.
