(A) Each individual and residence owner shall place all solid waste in metal or plastic containers of not less than 20 gallons or more than 32 gallons. The container or garbage can shall be placed near a public road, street, alley, or at a place convenient to be picked up for disposal purposes. All individual and residential pickups will be made on a designated day each week and containers will be placed on or near the street the night before. (Ord. 1980-1, passed 6-2-80)
(B) Each business establishment will negotiate with the designated solid waste disposal service concerning the size of containers and the frequency of pickup.
