§ 32.16 BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT.
   The Village Board of Trustees shall constitute the Board of Adjustment of the village, to exercise only those powers granted to boards of adjustment by the statutes of the state. Such Board of Adjustment shall adopt rules and procedures that are in harmony with the statutes of the state. The concurring vote of two-thirds of the members of the Board of Adjustment shall decide any question upon which it is required to pass.
