§ 32.01 APPOINTMENTS.
   The Board of Trustees shall appoint members of such commissions and boards as the Board of Trustees may by ordinance and resolution create. Members of the following boards and commissions shall be appointed or reappointed as terms of office expire or resignations are accepted: Board of Health; Tree Board; and Planning Commission.
