The updated comprehensive plan is hereby adopted and incorporated by reference for the village, to be known as “Comprehensive Plan 2110,” prepared and published in book form. At least one copy of said document, in book form marked or stamped “Official Copy,” as adopted in this section, and to which shall be attached a published copy of the ordinance codified in this section, to be filed with the Village Clerk-Treasurer shall be open to inspection and available to the public at all reasonable hours.
