This chapter shall take precedence over conflicting ordinances or resolutions, or parts of ordinances or resolutions. The governing body of the village may, from time to time, amend this chapter to reflect any and all changes in the National Flood Disaster Protection Act of 1973. The regulations of this chapter are in compliance with the National Flood Insurance Program regulations, as published in 44 C.F.R. and the 1983 State Floodplain Management Act.
