In the event of violation of this chapter, any structure constructed in violation shall be deemed a nuisance, and the village may proceed by a suit in equity to enjoin and abate the nuisance in the manner provided by law, or, whenever in any action it is established that such a nuisance exists, the court may, together with the fine and penalty imposed, enter an order of abatement as part of the judgment in the case. In addition thereto, any person violating any of the terms of this chapter shall be fined $100 for each day that the violation continues.
