§ 111.01 DEFINITIONS.
   (A)   For the purpose of this chapter, the definitions found in Neb. RS 53-103.01 through 53-103.42 shall be used.
   (B)   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
      STATE LIQUOR CONTROL ACT. Neb. RS 53-101 et seq.
