§ 92.50 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   CONSUMER FIREWORKS. Only sparklers, Vesuvius fountains, spray fountains, torches, color fire cones, star and comet-type color aerial shells without explosive charge for the purpose of making noise, lady fingers not to exceed seven-eights of an inch in length or one-eighth inch in diameter, total pyrotechnic composition not to exceed one-half grain in each weight, color wheels and any other fireworks approved under the provisions of Neb. RS 28-1241, as may be amended.
   FLYING LANTERNS. Any device that requires a flame which produces heated air trapped in a balloon-type covering allowing the device to float in the air. FLYING LANTERNS shall not include hot-air balloons used for transporting persons.
