§ 90.15 PURPOSE.
   The village in this subchapter defines its authority to define, regulate, suppress and prevent nuisances and to declare what shall be a nuisance for its corporate limits and extraterritorial zoning jurisdiction and to provide services to abate the same for the health and sanitation of the village.
