§ 53.060 SEWER SERVICE INSTALLATION AND EXPENSE.
   (A)   The customer, upon the approval of his or her application for sewer service, shall pay to the Municipal Clerk-Treasurer a tap fee, which shall compensate the municipality for the expense of processing the application and tapping the sewer line. The customer shall pay the cost of all materials required for the village to run the service lateral from the main to the property line of the applicant. The customer shall then be required to pay the expense of procuring the materials required, as well as the services of a plumber, and shall pay all other costs of installation from the property line to the point(s) of collection. All sewer service lines shall be lines of four inches unless otherwise approved by action of the Village Board of Trustees.

The customer shall pay all costs of materials required from the main to the property line. The customer shall then be required to pay the expense of procuring the materials required, as well as the services of a plumber, and shall pay all other costs of installation from the property line to the point of connection. All building sewer service lines shall be lines of four inches, unless otherwise approved by action of the Village Board of Trustees.
