§ 52.097 STANDARDS OF REVIEW BY VILLAGE.
   The village shall have the power and authority to refuse to issue permits in the event it appears to the Village Manager or Utilities Superintendent that the plan of construction is not sound or the applicant does not have the equipment necessary to properly construct, or it appears to the Village Manager or Utilities Superintendent that such facility may endanger, impair or in any way interfere with the village water system.
