§ 11.01 CORPORATE SEAL.
   (A)   The official corporate seal of the municipality shall be kept in the office of the Municipal Clerk-Treasurer and shall bear the following inscription: “Village Seal, Village of Mullen, Hooker County, Nebraska.”
   (B)   The Municipal Clerk-Treasurer shall affix an impression of said official seal to all warrants, licenses, permits, ordinances and all other official papers issued by order of the governing body and countersigned by the Municipal Clerk-Treasurer.
