§ 52.013 POLICE REPORTS.
   It shall be the duty of the Chief Law Enforcement Officer of the village to report to the Utilities Superintendent all cases of leakage and waste in the use of water and all violations of this code relating to the Water Department. They shall have the additional duty of enforcing the observance of all such regulations.
