§ 71.43 WRITTEN ACCIDENT REPORTS CONFIDENTIAL.
   All written accident reports made by drivers or owners of vehicles involved in accidents, as required in §§ 71.41 and 71.42, shall be without prejudice to the individual so reporting and shall be for the confidential use of the Town Marshal’s office for accident prevention purposes. The Town Marshal may disclose the identity of a person involved in an accident.
