(A) The Town Council may establish and from time to time change the designation of trash pickup days for the collection of residential waste within the town. The date or dates of trash pickup of residential waste within the town are maintained and available for public inspection in the office of the Clerk-Treasurer during the business hours of said office.
(B) Users of utilities of the town shall be notified of any changes in the designation of trash pickup days by inclusion of notice in the utility billing mailed in the month immediately prior to the month in which such change is effective.
