§ 52.03 APPROVED MEANS OF DISPOSAL; PROHIBITED ARTICLES.
   (A)   All residential trash and waste deposited for collection by the town shall be secured by the person or persons using the residential waste collection service in bags manufactured for such purpose or in plastic or metal receptacles manufactured for such purpose and not exceeding 33 gallons in capacity, as rated by the manufacturer. Articles of waste or junk exceeding the capacity of a bag or receptacle designed for residential waste but not exceeding 50 pounds each may be deposited for collection without a bag or receptacle.
   (B)   (1)   The following items and categories of items may not be disposed using the residential waste collection system of the town except on dates and at times specially designated by the Town Council for collection:
         (a)   Oil and other petroleum products, paint, solvents, articles or cans too large for packer-type trucks;
         (b)   Grass clippings, leaves and tree limbs;
         (c)   All debris and waste building materials from construction, repair or remodeling of buildings or parts thereof;
         (d)   Refrigerators, freezers, air conditioners, washers, dryers, stoves or water heaters; or
         (e)   Hazardous substances of any kind.
      (2)   Large chairs, couches, mattresses and box springs will be taken away, but the resident shall be liable for the waste contractor’s additional charges for such items.
