§ 52.02 USE OF SERVICE RESTRICTED TO RESIDENTS OF TOWN.

Use of the residential waste collection service of the town is restricted to residents of the town for the disposal of residential household waste generated only by residents of and within the town. Use of the residential waste collection service of the town by any other persons or for trash or waste generated elsewhere is prohibited.
