§ 33.05 FEE FOR ACCESS TO POLICE AUDIO/VIDEO RECORDINGS.
   (A)   A fee of $200 shall be paid in advance of providing access to viewing and/or release to the requesting party of each recording retained by the Town Police Department on portable audio/video recording devices.
   (B)   The requesting party’s right to access by viewing and/or release of any recording shall be governed by state statute and by the procedures of the Town Police Department which may be applicable at the time of the request. This section shall not be construed to create a right to access, independent of state statute governing access by viewing or release of such recordings.
   (C)   Upon proof of indigence of the requesting party, the Town Council may reduce or waive the fee established above.
