§ 32.01 ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION; DEPARTMENT.
   (A)   The town’s economic development, controlled by the Economic Development Commission, shall be and is hereby created and granted all powers and duties of the Department and the Commission as set forth in the Act being I.C. 36-7-12-1 et seq.
   (B)   Commissioners shall be nominated by the Town Council.
