(A) Town Council election districts in the town are hereby abolished, and all Town Council election districts in the town shall be at large.
(B) This section shall be effective for the municipal election next conducted following the date of this section and for each municipal election thereafter in the town, unless or until this section is replaced by an ordinance adopted in accordance with I.C. 36-5-2-4.1, or any statute amending or replacing the statute.
(C) The Clerk-Treasurer is directed to file a certified copy of this section with the Clerk of the Circuit Court of the county within 30 days after its adoption, in accordance with I.C. 36-5-2-4.1(j).
