§ 152.35 DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   UNIMPROVED ALLEY OR STREET. Includes platted alleys, streets or rights-of-way within the corporation limits which have not been vacated under state law and which have not been graded, paved with asphalt or improved with crushed stone or gravel by the town.
