§ 150.27 CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY.
   (A)   No certificate of occupancy for any building or structure constructed after the adoption of this subchapter shall be issued unless the building or structure was constructed in compliance with the provisions of this subchapter.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful to occupy any building or structure unless a full, partial or temporary certificate of occupancy has been issued by or with the approval of the Building Inspector.
