§ 93.04 REASONABLE CARE; CREATION OF NUISANCE.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, it shall not be essential that the nuisance be created or contributed to by the owner, or tenants, or their agents or representatives, but it shall suffice if the nuisance be created or contributed to by licensees, invitees and guests, habitual trespassers or other persons whose presence on the premises is subject to the control of the conduct they have been made aware or ought to have become aware by the exercise of reasonable care.
