§ 74.02 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   COMMISSIONERS. The Board of Commissioners of the county.
   ROADWAY. A publicly maintained right-of-way open for the use of the public for vehicular travel in the unincorporated areas of the county.
