Anyone operating or using a snowmobile on any street, alley or right-of-way in the town hereby assumes the risk of any accident, damage or injury that may occur while using the snowmobile on the town street, alley or right-of-way and by the use thereof hereby waives any and all claims against the town for damages to property or injuries to persons and to hold the town harmless thereof in respect to the use of any snowmobiles on any town street, alley or right-of-way.
