§ 73.021 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   OFF-ROAD VEHICLE. The same definition as provided in I.C. 14-8-2-185, including all acts amendatory thereto or in replacement thereof.
   OPERATE. The same definition as provided in I.C. 14-16-1-4, including all acts amendatory thereto or in replacement thereof.
   OPERATOR. The same definition as provided in I.C. 14-16-1-5, including all acts amendatory thereto or in replacement thereof.
   OWNER. The same definition as provided in I.C. 14-16-1-6, including all acts amendatory thereto or in replacement thereof.
