(A) Signs existing at the time of the enactment of this Ordinance and not conforming to its provisions but which were construed in compliance with previous regulations shall be regarded as non-conforming signs if properly repaired and maintained as provided in this chapter, and if such signs continue to be in conformance with other ordinances of this municipality.
(B) Any sign existing in violation of the Prohibited Signs section of this chapter shall be removed, altered, or repaired in accordance with the provisions of this chapter within one hundred eighty (180) days after the date of passage of this Ordinance.
(C) Non-conforming signs which are structurally altered, relocated, or replaced shall comply immediately with all provisions of this chapter.
