§ 152.06 CHANGES IN STREET OR ROAD NAMES.

The County Fiscal Court shall have final authority for the approval of any recommended change in county street or road names. The City Council shall have the final authority for the approval of any recommended change in city street or road names located within the boundaries of the city.
