(A) A joint planning unit is hereby established and ratified for the entire county and all of the cities situated therein, including the City of Mt. Washington.
(B) It is agreed that the county joint planning unit shall be jointly financed by each city contributing $100 each annually and the county contributing the balance necessary to fund the combined planning operations.
(C) It is agreed that the County Fiscal Court will approve a budget annually for the county joint planning unit, amend it as needed, and bear the expenses incurred under the budget except those borne by the cities as set out in division (B) of this section. Nothing contained in this agreement shall prohibit the acceptance of funds from other sources for the expenses of the planning unit or the administration of KRS Chapter 100.
