All existing sexually oriented businesses and sexually oriented business employees are hereby granted a de facto temporary license to continue operation or employment for a period of ninety (90) days following the effective date of this chapter. By the end of the ninety (90) days, all sexually oriented businesses and sexually oriented business employees must conform to and abide by all the requirements of this chapter, provided that, a sexually oriented business that is in all respects lawfully existing and operating prior to the effective date of this chapter shall not be required to abide by the location restrictions in § 113.20.
