The decision of the Mayor or his or her designee to deny or to revoke a permit may be appealed to the City Council. The notice of appeal must be made in writing and mailed to the Mayor within seven days after the decision to deny or revoke the permit. The appeal shall be set for a hearing at the meeting of the City Council within 30 days from the date of the appeal.
