§ 111.24 SOLICITATION TO BE DONE IN A SAFE AND COURTEOUS MANNER.
   All soliciting pursuant to a permit issued under this subchapter shall be done in a safe and courteous manner and shall comply with the following minimum requirements:
   (A)   All persons engaged in solicitation shall carry a copy of the permit and shall display it to anyone requesting to see it.
   (B)   Signs clearly identifying the organization holding the permit and stating the purpose of the solicitation shall be placed on each corner of the intersection and shall be clearly visible to traffic.
   (C)   All persons engaged in solicitation shall wear an orange vest or jacket.
   (D)   Five orange cones shall be placed on the center dividing lines of each street or highway leading to the intersection. The cones shall be placed 20 feet apart so that they are set up over a distance of 100 feet.
   (E)   No more than two persons shall be on each street leading to the intersection.
   (F)   No one under the age of 12 shall engage in soliciting in or on the street, highway, or right-of-way.
