§ 111.20 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   “CHARITABLE ORGANIZATION.”
      (1)   Any nonprofit or charitable organization with a 501(c)(3) license; or
      (2)   Any group associated with a Mt. Washington school that is engaged in fundraising for a school-sponsored sport or activity.
   “PERMIT.” A document authorizing the holder to solicit contributions from the drivers or passengers of vehicles at designated intersections within the city.
