(A) Violation of this chapter may result in denial of entry into a restricted building or portion of a building. If an employee of the City carries a concealed firearm or other deadly weapon into or on any restricted building or restricted portion of a building, disciplinary measures, up to and including dismissal from employment, may be imposed.
(B) Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to permit the carrying of a concealed firearm or other deadly weapon in violation of KRS 527.020.
