§ 95.04 EXCEPTIONS.

(A) Any building used for public housing by private persons, highway rest areas, firing ranges and private dwellings owned, leased or controlled by the City shall be exempt from the provisions of this chapter.

(B) This chapter shall not apply to sworn officers of the City Police Department, the Bullitt County Jailer's Office, the Bullitt County Sheriff's Office, or any other duly sworn law enforcement officer authorized to carry concealed deadly weapons pursuant to KRS 527.020.
