§ 92.25 UNSUPERVISED USE OF BURGLAR ALARMS PROHIBITED.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any owner of a burglar alarm to allow it to emit a noise level that effects a nuisance to the surrounding areas for a period in excess of one hour.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any owner of a burglar alarm to allow it to continuously set off false alarms during any 24-hour period. "Continuously" shall be defined in its normal course of usage and shall include not in a frequence of more than three times per day.
   (C)   The owner of a burglar alarm in violation of this section shall be fined a sum not to exceed $100.
