(A) No person shall operate a motor vehicle on any street or other public way in the city at a greater speed than 25 miles per hour, except on those streets listed in Chapter 74, Schedule I, or unless a different speed limit has been lawfully posted by the state or the city.
(B) The fine for violating this speed limit shall be the same as that set forth in the fine schedule of KRS 189.394.
