No person shall maliciously, willfully, or negligently break, damage, destroy, uncover, deface, or tamper with any structure, appurtenance, or equipment that is part of the city's wastewater facilities. Any person who violates this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, is punishable by a fine not to exceed one hundred dollars ($100).
