(A) The Superintendent and other duly-authorized employees of the city bearing proper credentials and identification upon reasonable notice and at reasonable times shall be permitted to enter all properties for the purposes of inspection, observation, measurement, sampling, and testing in accordance with the provisions of this chapter.

(B) The premises receiving a supply of water, and all service lines, meters, and fixtures, including any fixtures within the premises, shall at all reasonable hours be subject to inspection by the duly-authorized employees of the city.
