§ 50.137 DISCONNECTION OF SERVICE; NOTICE; HEARING.
   The Mt. Washington Water Company shall disconnect utility service in accord with the following policies:
   (A)   When it becomes necessary for the Mt. Washington Water Company to discontinue utility service to a customer for nonpayment of bills, service will be reinstated only after all bills for service then due have been paid along with any service charges that are applicable.
   (B)   A customer may make a hardship (extension) request that service not be disconnected for late payment. If the request is granted, the customer’s bill shall be paid in full along with all late fees before the due date for their next month’s bill (the fourteenth day of the month). If the customer fails to pay in full by the extended due date, service will be disconnected with no further notice. Only two (2) hardship (extension) request may be made at any time during any one (1) calendar year. If a customer fails to pay upon the extension due date the customer forfeits the right to utilize extensions moving forward.
