§ 50.131 FIRE HYDRANT RATE.
   All standard fire hydrants, public or private, shall be billed at the rate of one dollar ($1.00) per year. The city will pay the sum of one dollar ($1.00) per year for each fire hydrant maintained by the city, and the sum shall be deposited in the same fund as the fund in which all other revenues of the municipal waterworks and sewer systems are deposited.
