§ 50.093 TESTING METERS; FEE.
   Upon the written request of any customer, the meter serving that customer shall be tested by the city. If the test indicates meter accuracy within the limits of two percent (2%), then the customer shall be assessed the cost of having the meter tested. If the test indicates meter inaccuracy greater than two percent (2%), then the city shall pay for the cost of the test. If a meter is inaccurate in excess of two percent (2%), adjustments shall be made for the two (2) preceding months prior to the test according to the inaccuracy in excess of two percent (2%).
