No unauthorized person shall intentionally or wantonly break, damage, destroy, uncover, deface, or tamper with any structure, appurtenance, or equipment which is a part of the wastewater facilities. Any person violating this provision shall be subject to immediate arrest under a charge of criminal mischief, and shall be subject to the same penalty as is imposed by state law for the offense of criminal mischief.
