§ 155.15 RIGHT TO APPEAL.

Appeals of these regulations shall follow § 35.67, Enforcement Proceedings. If after such notice and hearing, the person or persons notified disagree with the decision of the Hearing Board, they shall have a right of appeal to the Bullitt District Court within seven (7) days of the Board’s determination.
