§ 155.13 ENFORCEMENT.
   (A)   The City Code Enforcement shall be responsible for enforcing and interpreting this chapter.
   (B)   Violations of this chapter may result in fines, sign removal by the city, or other penalties as determined by the City Code Enforcement. All costs for the removal of violating signs shall be borne by the violator.
