(A) Residence.
(1) One wall sign, not exceeding one (1) square foot in area.
(2) Every parcel shall be entitled to one (1) sign, not exceeding thirty-six (36) square inches in area, to be placed in any of the following locations:
(a) On the front of every building, residence, or structure;
(b) On each side of an authorized U.S. Postal Service mailbox; and
(c) On one (1) post that measures no more than forty-eight (48) inches in height and four (4) inches in width.
(B) Farm.
(1) Two (2) signs per entrance if incorporated into a fence or wall feature, or one (1) monument sign per entrance. Each sign shall not exceed thirty-two (32) square feet in area.
(2) Incidental signs, which shall not exceed two (2) square feet in area do not require sign permits.
(C) Buildings used for religious or educational activities.
(1) One monument sign, not exceeding thirty-two (32) square feet in area and eight (8) feet in height.
(2) One wall sign per building, not exceeding thirty-two (32) square feet in area.
(3) Incidental signs, which shall not exceed two (2) square feet in area and do not require sign permits.
(D) Home occupation.
(1) One wall sign, not exceeding six (6) square feet in area.
(2) Subdivision. Two (two) monument signs per entrance into the subdivision, not to exceed forty (40) square feet in area.
