§ 91.70 APPEALS PROCESS.
   Appeals process. When the criteria are not met, the petitioner may request an appeal at the discretion of the City Council. The procedure to request an appeal begins with an email to the City Administrator, explaining what criteria were not met and why the petitioner believes this is an extraordinary circumstance where an appeal should be heard. The City Administrator will inform the Council and ask for a sponsor to hear the appeal. If the appeal receives a sponsor, the appeal shall be added to the Council agenda within sixty (60) days.
