§ 91.69 REMOVAL OF SPEED HUMPS.
   (A)   Removal authority. The city's Public Works Director may remove speed humps any time they are found to be detrimental to the good order and operations of the roadway.
   (B)   Funds non-refundable. In the event of removal, no funds shall be returned to the neighborhood for installation or maintenance already performed.
